Warranty

Lifetime warranty on our parts and our labor.

If a part we put in fails on its own, or we messed up the install, we'll fix it free for as long as you own the device. What it doesn't cover is new damage, or problems we didn't cause.

Covered
  • The part we installed, if it fails on its own
  • Our labor, if we got something wrong
  • Lifetime. No 30-day or 90-day cutoff.
  • Free, and it goes to the front of the line
Not covered
  • New damage. Drops, cracks, liquid, anything after pickup.
  • Anything not caused by our part or our work
  • Parts of the device we didn't touch
  • Normal wear and software problems

So: a screen we installed starts showing dead pixels, that's ours to fix. Same screen cracks because the phone hit the driveway, that's a new repair.

More on what's not covered

It's a warranty on our work, not insurance on the device. Three things fall outside it.

  • New damage. Drop it, spill on it, sit on it — that's a new repair. Bring it in and we'll quote it.
  • Unrelated failures. We replaced your screen and six months later the charging port quits? Different part, different repair. Bring it in and we'll quote that too.
  • Normal wear and software. Battery capacity dropping over years of charging, scuffs on the shell, software acting up after an OS update.

Warranty repairs jump the line

If something we installed didn't hold up, you shouldn't have to wait behind everyone else on top of it. Warranty work goes to the top of the list.

How to claim

  1. Bring the device back to the shop at 47 S 100 W, Vernal. No receipt needed — your ticket's in our system.
  2. We diagnose it. If it traces back to our part or our work, we handle it — no charge, front of the line.

Not sure if it's a warranty issue or new damage? Call or text before you drive over and we'll help you sort it out.

Questions about a specific repair?

This is our warranty practice as of 2026. If we update the wording later, the version that applies to your repair is whatever was in effect the day we did the work.
