HDMI port symptoms
No video output
Console powers on, controller lights up, but the TV sees nothing. Often the port itself has cracked its solder pads.
Loose or wobbly HDMI port
You can wiggle the cable and see the picture come and go. The port has come partially loose from the board and needs to be re-soldered or replaced.
Bent HDMI pins
Cable got yanked at an angle and bent the pins inside the port. Sometimes straightening works; often the port needs to be replaced.
Video flickers or drops out
Intermittent signal, screen goes black and comes back. Could be the port or something deeper. We diagnose before we open.

When you drop it off, we tell you a real ETA based on where the queue is at. No made-up "same-day" promises just to get you in the door. If you want a rush, call ahead — sometimes we can shuffle things when it is genuinely urgent.

How long does an HDMI port replacement take?
This is a board-level micro-soldering job, so it goes on our solder-bench queue. Our solder tech is in a couple times a week, and there is typically a queue. Realistic turnaround is longer than a walk-in repair — we will give you a real ETA at drop-off, not a made-up promise.
What if it turns out to be something other than the HDMI port?
We do a full diagnostic before we open anything. Sometimes what looks like an HDMI issue is actually a power supply problem, a cable issue on your TV end, or something on the board. We tell you what we found and quote before we touch it.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — lifetime coverage on the part we installed and our labor on that repair, for as long as you own the device. It does not cover new damage (drops, liquid, cracks after pickup) or problems not caused by our part or our work. Warranty repairs jump to the top of our repair list.
