What devices do you replace batteries in?
Phones (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola), tablets (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab), and laptops. Console controller batteries too (PS5 DualSense, Xbox, Switch Joy-Cons). Common phone batteries are usually in stock.
How long does a battery replacement take?
Most common phone batteries go out the same day — once the part is on the bench, the actual work is usually 30 to 60 minutes. Tablet and laptop batteries take a little longer. If we need to order a less common battery, it typically arrives in 2 days and we finish the repair the next day.
How do I know if I need a new battery?
Common signs: phone dies before end of day when it used to last, sudden drops from 40% to shutdown, phone gets very hot while charging, unexpected reboots. On iPhone you can check Settings → Battery → Battery Health. If Maximum Capacity is under 80% and it is bugging you, a replacement helps. We are always happy to check it for free.
Are all batteries the same quality? Can I get OEM?
No. We source multiple quality tiers from trusted wholesalers — budget-friendly options and OEM-equivalent options — and we walk you through the trade-offs (capacity, cycle life, warranty). Higher-tier batteries generally hold up better long-term. If you specifically want OEM (original manufacturer) batteries, we can source them on request — longer lead time and higher cost.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointments — walk in any time during business hours.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — lifetime coverage on the battery we installed and our labor on that repair, for as long as you own the device. It does not cover new damage (drops, liquid, cracks after pickup) or problems not caused by our part or our work. Note that normal capacity loss over years of charge cycles is expected wear, not a defect. Warranty repairs jump to the top of our repair list.
