How long does an Apple Watch repair take?
Watch parts are model-and-size specific, so we usually order them: 2-day shipping is standard, and we finish your repair the day the part arrives. The work itself is delicate — watch screens are bonded tight — so plan on leaving it with us for the day.
My watch screen is cracked. Is it worth fixing?
Usually yes on newer models, and we will be straight with you when it is not. Watch screens cost more than phone screens relative to device value — we quote first, and if the repair does not make sense against replacement cost, we tell you that.
My watch battery barely lasts a day anymore.
Classic worn battery — they age just like phone batteries. A replacement brings back normal battery life. Same 2-day part order, done the day it arrives.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointments — walk in during business hours, or use the Request a Repair form and we will confirm your part before you make the trip.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — lifetime coverage on the part we installed and our labor on that repair, for as long as you own the device. It does not cover new damage (drops, liquid, cracks after pickup) or problems not caused by our part or our work. Warranty repairs jump to the top of our repair list.
