How long does an iPhone screen or battery repair take?
Most common iPhone screens and batteries go out the same day — we keep the popular models in stock. Once the part is on the bench, screen replacements typically run 30 to 60 minutes and batteries are similar. If we need to order a less common part, it usually arrives in 2 days and we finish your repair the next day.
Do I need an appointment?
No. We do not do appointments — you can always just walk in during business hours. Free diagnostics on every phone.
What parts do you use? Can I get OEM (original) parts?
By default we use aftermarket and factory-grade parts sourced through trusted wholesale suppliers — multiple quality tiers, and we walk you through the trade-offs (color accuracy, brightness, Face ID compatibility) so you can pick what fits. If you specifically want OEM (original manufacturer) parts, we can source them on request. Longer lead time and higher cost, but the option is there. Just tell us at intake and we will quote both.
What models do you work on?
All iPhone models. Common iPhones (roughly 11 through the current lineup, including Pro and Pro Max) are the ones most likely to be in stock for same-day. Older or less common models may need a one- or two-day part order.
What if you can not fix it?
No charge, no hard feelings. We will tell you what we found, what your options are, and whether it is worth it to keep going. Diagnostic is always free.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — lifetime coverage on the part we installed and our labor on that repair, for as long as you own the device. It does not cover new damage (drops, liquid, cracks after pickup) or problems not caused by our part or our work. Warranty repairs jump to the top of our repair list.
