Common questions
What devices do you replace screens for?
Phones (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, and more), tablets (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab), and Nintendo Switch screens. For laptops we can quote screens case-by-case since availability varies by model.
How long does a screen replacement take?
Most common phone screens go out the same day — the popular iPhone and Samsung models are usually in stock. Once the part is on the bench, the actual work takes 30 to 90 minutes depending on the device. If we need to order a less common screen, it typically arrives in 2 days and we finish the repair the next day.
Do you offer different screen quality tiers? Can I get OEM?
Yes. Popular models usually have multiple aftermarket tiers from budget-friendly to premium (OEM-equivalent) — we walk you through the trade-offs (brightness, color accuracy, touch response) so you can pick. If you specifically want OEM (original manufacturer) parts, we can source them on request. Longer lead time and higher cost, but the option is there.
Will my Face ID / fingerprint still work?
On iPhones, the front sensor array carries Face ID and we transfer it intact when possible. On Android phones with in-display fingerprint sensors, some screens preserve full functionality and some do not — we tell you up front what to expect for your specific model.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointments — walk in any time during business hours. Diagnostics on phones are free; for tablets, Switch, and laptops we quote after a quick look.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — lifetime coverage on the screen we installed and our labor on that repair, for as long as you own the device. It does not cover new damage (drops, liquid, cracks after pickup) or problems not caused by our part or our work. Warranty repairs jump to the top of our repair list.
